About Stravio

Built the long way

Stravio did not start with AI. It started thirteen years ago with a simple move, applied over and over at every scale, until the technology got strong enough to build a company on.

The road here

One move across four chapters

2013

The integrator

Industrial controls. Building the monitoring and control systems that ran real operations: writing the specification, building the interface, wiring the data, project to project across the industry. The craft that never left: understand how the work actually flows, then build the system that carries it.

2017

The small business years

A tire shop where every marketing dollar had to prove itself, then a consulting practice of my own serving small businesses. Growth came from data, not guesses. The lesson that never left: a tool only matters if the work itself changes.

2022

The enterprise

Inside one of the largest consultancies in the world, leveraging AI across a half billion dollar alliance pipeline. Bigger budgets, same failure mode: strategy that stayed in decks and never touched the work.

Today

Stravio

Thirteen years of the same move, now applied to the strongest technology yet. AI architecture services built on the operating model we have watched work at every scale: the Stravio Stack.

Use the technology in front of you to reach the next goal

The thread through every chapter

How we operate

Four principles and no exceptions

01

The work is the strategy

A deck changes nothing on its own. Value shows up in how the work gets done, so we start from the work and build up.

02

Plain language beats frameworks

If you cannot say what you are doing without buzzwords, you do not know what you are doing. We hold ourselves to that daily.

03

The team that uses the tools owns the work

Vendor lock is a failure mode, not a business model. Everything we build is yours to run, change, and extend.

04

Independence is the goal

Every engagement ends with the client more capable than we found them. That is how we measure success.

A note from the founder

Thirteen years ago I was an integrator, writing the specifications and wiring the data for the control systems that ran industrial operations. The road since has run through a tire shop where every marketing dollar had to prove itself, a consulting practice of my own, and an enterprise pipeline worth half a billion dollars with AI threaded through the work. The industries never matched, but the gaps in them did, and so did the move that closed them: understand how the work flows, then use the technology in front of you to reach the next goal.

AI has been part of my daily work for three and a half years now, and for the last six months I have been building with it, shipping orchestrators and automated workflows that carry real operations inside a growing company. Somewhere in that building, the job turned into an idea: what a business needs is not more AI, but the architecture around the AI it already uses, and the automation workflows underneath it, arranged so the technology carries the work instead of decorating it. That architecture is what Stravio provides. The operating model behind it is the Stravio Stack.

Every engagement walks that idea end to end: we assess how your work actually flows, we build the architecture it calls for, and we teach your team to own it.
