Services
Every engagement starts by understanding how your work actually gets done, builds only what the plan calls for, and ends with your team running faster with AI.
Two to four weeks inside your operation. We interview leadership and the people who do the work, map the current state honestly, and find the places where AI genuinely fits. You get a plan you could hand to anyone and defend to your board.
The Diagnostic tells you what to build. Outcomes is where it gets built. Working systems wired into your real tools and measured against the numbers they were designed to move. Our flagship is the agentic orchestrator, an AI built with memory of your business, your people, and the work in motion. Every conversation starts where the last one ended instead of from zero, which is the difference between googling with AI and having a real conversation with an executive assistant.
Model one
We hand you the blueprint and your team executes it, with us coaching from the side. Best for teams with the internal bandwidth who want a defensible roadmap without a consultant in the room every week.
Model two
We execute what the Diagnostic designed, scoped and priced per outcome. Best for teams who want results faster than internal capacity allows, while we train your people to take it over.
The system only compounds if your people run it. We train the teams and the individuals who will own it to run faster with AI, teach the habits that keep the system clean, and stay reachable while it becomes routine. Every engagement ends with your team more capable than we found them.
We build the architecture that makes AI carry your work

Field notes
We walked into a SaaS company mid restructure: support drowning in noise, customer knowledge scattered across tools, briefing prep eating the better part of an hour per customer. The instinct was to hire, but the bottleneck was operational architecture, not headcount.
In one month we rebuilt how the work got done, with workflows that triaged the noise before a human saw it, drafts that wrote themselves from real customer data, and internal tools that closed loops nobody had owned. What came out was not one big tool but an operating model.
That operating model became the Stravio Stack, and it is the same one we create today.
Results from founder engagements prior to Stravio. Happy to walk through exactly how on a call.
